Strong mob, strong peak | AbSec’s return to Batemans Bay

Why we’re returning

Community told us that being listened to is important, but being heard and seeing action matters just as much.

This roadshow update is an opportunity to:

  • Share key themes and insights from the October roadshow
  • Provide updates on advocacy priorities and sector work influenced by community feedback
  • Strengthen relationships and accountability with local communities
  • Continue yarning about what children, families and communities need now and into the future.

Your voices and stories are the basis for our work, and that’s why we are returning to these communities after 6 months – to keep listening and learning.

Whether you’re part of an ACCO or a community member, your insight helps guide AbSec’s work as a peak body – because meaningful reform starts with you.
