LAST CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR SAY
AbSec is developing two major community-led reports that will help shape the future of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) across Housing, Justice, Disability, Health and Early Childhood.
Over the past few months, we’ve travelled across NSW listening to ACCOs, community members, Elders and sector leaders. We’ve heard powerful stories, identified common challenges, and gathered valuable insights.
If you weren’t able to attend one of our in-person Yarn-Ups, this online session is your final opportunity to have your voice heard and included in this important work.
What your input will help inform
- State of the Sector Report A comprehensive picture of the current ACCO landscape across five sectors.
- Gap Analysis & Prioritisation Report Identifying the most significant barriers, gaps and priorities for strengthening ACCOs across NSW.
Why join the online Yarn-Up?
- Share your experiences and insights from the ground
- Help shape evidence that will inform future policy and sector strengthening initiatives
- Contribute to a statewide picture of ACCO challenges, strengths and opportunities
- Connect with ACCOs, community members and sector leaders from across NSW
ACCO Pilot Opportunity
AbSec is also seeking expressions of interest from three ACCOs to participate in piloting a new ACCO Support Package focused on:
- Workforce Capability
- Governance Capability
- Digital Infrastructure
Participation in a Yarn-Up is required to express interest in the pilot.
Don’t miss this final opportunity to contribute to a project that is being shaped by ACCOs, for ACCOs.
