System change.\nDay 1 brings together young people\, community\, and sector partners for a full day of panels\, workshops\, and conversations grounded in lived experience. \nThe program will explore key issues across out-of-home care and family support\, including: \n\nlived experience perspectives from Aboriginal young people\,\nwhat needs to change in out-of-home care\,\ncultural care\, including grief\, loss and Sorry Business\,\naftercare\, restoration\, and exiting care\,\nfuture directions for policy and reform.\n\nDAY 2: Strengthening community. Shaping what comes next.\nDay 2 creates space for ACCOs and community to connect\, reflect\, and focus on practical solutions for change. \nAcross the day\, sessions will focus on: \n\nrights and advocacy for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children and young people\,\nkey updates and conversations on system reform\,\nhousing and support pathways for young people leaving care\,\nintergenerational advocacy and shared knowledge.\n\nTo explore all sessions\, download the full forum agenda\, here. \nDAY 1: Lived experience.
